FARMHOUSE598's Terms & Conditions 

Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 9:0am-4:00pm with exceptions for closures on holidays, wood shows and vacations. 

Local pick up is only available during our shop hours.  

 

We have a 15 day pick up policy in place. Orders not picked up within 15 days will be invoiced for shipment. Any orders not picked up or paid postage are considered abandoned property and will be used as display pieces or restocked at a loss to the buyer. FARMHOUSE598 is not responsible for any damage of items past 15 days. 

FARMHOUSE598 is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. We do our very best to package our items with care. Shipping on our larger items comes with standard insurance to cover the cost of the item.


Turn around times are stated on the product description section of each item.

You will be emailed when; you receive your mock up, if we need any other details from you and lastly with your fulfillment email. If you don't hear from us, you can be assured we have you on our list and will contact you for pick up arrangements/shipping. 

We can not provide an exact date for order completion. 


​We use wood and other natural materials to make our products. Please note that every piece will vary in appearance. Wood product may have knots, and other imperfections but we think that just adds to the character of the piece. We also can not control the "graininess" of our pieces. Some have little variation and some pieces have a lot of variation.

We use a high powered laser to cut out pieces. Some of our products will have laser burnt edges. 

For customers paying with an email money transfer, payment is due at the time of purchase. If after 24 hours we do not receive payment, your order is automatically canceled.

We understand that sometimes we get the privilege of knowing your baby's name before the rest of the world! We are so honored to be included in that! 

We share behind the sense looks and completed orders on our social media outlets. If you would like us to not post your sign or word cut out, please email us with your name and order number (available after you cash out) to theteam@farmhouse598.com

FARMHOUSE598's Return Policy

All sales are final. Any refunds (if applicable) are subject to processing fees that will vary based on the order total.​

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! However, our products are custom made just for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges. We inspect everything that leaves our shop and only send what passes our tests. If you have any issues with your order, please email ashley@farmhouse598.com. within three days of receiving your order. Any refunds (if applicable) are subject to processing fees that will vary based on the order total. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned within 15 days. 

If you are local pick up, please inspect your order before leaving the shop.

Cancellations 

We can cancel you order. However, there are fees associated with refunds that are based on a percentage of your order total. These fees are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations can take 7-10 business days to appear back onto your credit card. If paid via email money transfer, an email money transfer will be sent in return. 

If we have already started your order, there will be fees based off of where we are at in the order process.
