Classroom Rewards

I am absolutely in love with the large star jar as a classroom reward. I was using tick marks on the chalkboard and while it worked it never stayed and we were all (kids and myself) getting frustrated. Having this at the front of the room will be so much easier and help us all keep track. I am a huge fan of visible motivation and I know this is it.
