Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.


Pick Up Policy

Wainfleet: Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 9-4 ONLY. Closed on all stat holidays. 

Fenwick: Pick up will be available dawn to dusk. The address and lock box code will be emailed to you when your order is ready. There is a black box underneith the window on my porch. We live on a small farm and you may encounter free range chickens, ducks, cats and our small dog, Lucy (she barks a lot but is very friendly). Feel free to show your kids! All of our animals are friendly but please keep a distance. They are very nervous of strangers! Please note: This is our home and we ask that you respect our privacy and not explore the property unless we offer. We will not be responsible for any damage done to signs due to weather or temperature. By selecting Fenwick Porch Pick Up, you agree to all risks.

Please don't take a package that isn't yours. Your package will be labeled with YOUR NAME and YOUR ORDER NUMBER. If there is any issues with theft Ashley will terminate all porch pick up immediately and the replacement packaged will be available at the Wainfleet location. 


Brockville: Ashley’s parent live in Brockville! If you select Brockville, the next trip Ashley will bring your order with her! You can do a porch pick up at her parents house. The address will be emailed to you when your order is on it’s way! 

 

Cancelation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After 24 hours fees will apply based on how far we are into the order process. Cancelation requests must be made via email and not on our social media outlets.  

Return Policy

Every piece we create is made custom and to order, therefor all sales are final. In some cases a cancellation request can be made by email to ashley@farmhouse598.com but if we have already begun your order we may not be able to accommodate, or fees may apply.  

In the case of ready-to-ship items, some items may be eligible for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund will be issued after inspection of the product has been taken place. FARMHOUSE598 is not responsible for items lost in the mail and we strongly encourage adding tracking and insurance to your item. Items must be returned within 15 days. Proof of shipping date may be required. 

We use a high powered laser to cut out pieces. Some of our products will have laser burnt edges.

Due to monitor settings from device to device, we can not guarantee an exact colour match on our products. In some cases the colours are hand-mixed to create a seamless flow between colours and may vary slightly from the imagine on the screen. 

​We use wood and other natural materials to make our products. Please note that every piece will vary in appearance. Wood product may have knots, and other imperfections but we think that just adds to the character of the piece. We also can not control the "graininess" of our pieces. Some have little variation and some pieces have a lot of variation. There will be no refunds due to wood grain, knots or other natural imperfections in the wood.

Due to these uncharted times, we can not guarantee turn around times (see illness policy below) and we will not be issuing refunds if we exceed the estimated turnaround time listed in the product descriptions. 

Some products have the option of selecting a mock up sent to you via email. We cut what appears in your mock up. We will make minor changes to the size if the letters are slightly over the edge of the ornament. If you would like to see what your ornament will look like before it's cut, please select "yes" to a mock up. If you are happy with what you see please select "no". Refunds will not be issued if you select "no" to a mock up.

Store Policies 

You will be emailed when; you receive your mock up, if we need any other details from you and lastly with your fulfillment email. If you don't hear from us, you can be assured we have you on our list and will contact you for pick up arrangements/shipping. 

We can not provide an exact date for order completion. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time if there is any bullying, harassment or malicious conduct.

Shipping Policies

UPDATE FOR CANADA POST PARCELS: Our local Canada Post office has closed. Which means we need to bring parcels to the next town over to ship letter mail and tracked packages with Canada Post. Parcels may be marked to ship one day, and there may not be movement for up to three business days. If you would like to ship with UPS only, please select Express Shipping for an additional cost. Excludes PO Boxes. 

FARMHOUSE598 is not liable for any product that is damaged or lost during shipping. We do our very best to package our items with care. We have no control over what any shipping companies do once the parcel leaves our shop.

FARMHOUSE598 is not responsible for lost letter mail (untracked & uninsured) packages nor do we have control on delivery times. Our smaller items (4" discs for example) can be sent letter mail through Canada Post and are not tracked and insured, which means if a parcel gets lost or damaged, Canada Post wont issue any funds to cover the cost of the parcel or shipping. If a parcel does not arrive due to Canada Post failure, there is nothing we can do beyond apologize on their behalf and be sad with you. We put a LOT of effort into all of our orders and it is just as said for us when they don't arrive. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking and insurance, please reach out to ashley@farmhouse598.com before your item ships to upgrade. Additional fees will apply.  

Our larger items ship Canada wide for $15 flat rate shipping.* Items with $15 shipping are insured and have tracking numbers. Items are shipped priority mail. Shipping times are typically 2 days within Ontario but will be longer the further east and west within Canada. US Shipping needs to cross US customs. We have no control over how long it will take to clear customs. 

* PO boxes, extreme rural areas and territories are excluded from our $15 flat rate and free shipping policies. Actual shipping charges will apply. You will be sent an invoice before your item ships. The website automatically figures out the shipping price but can not recognize if you have entered a PO box.

Social Media Policy

Do you follow us on social media? Send us a message and we can do our best to tag you as we go through the making process.

We understand that sometimes we get the privilege of knowing your baby's name before the rest of the world! We are so honored to be included in that!

We share behind the sense looks and completed orders on our social media outlets. If you would like us to not post your sign or word cut out, please email us with your name and order number (available after you cash out) to ashley@farmhouse598.com - Please don't send us a message on Instagram or social media because we may not see it!

Illness Policy 

As we navigate these uncharted times, we want to remind you that turn around times are based on a few different factors like mock up approval (if applicable) and the health of our family. We take pride in our quality products and their safe arrival to your home, and to us, that excludes germs. We wear masks at the shop at all times. If one of us is ill, we will put a stop on production immediately to ensure the health and well being of the staff and the recipients of our products. 

If we do contract COVID-19 we will email those who received packages from us, as well as those waiting on packages, and quarantine and follow the CDC guidelines. You can view those here
