Turn Around Time
- 2-3 weeks pending acrylic is in stock. Order may take longer if the acrylic is out of stock and I need to place an order.
Size
- Engraved keychains: 1/4" thick
- 3D (IG logo, facebook, website emblem, etc): 3/8" acrylic thick
- Large: 2.5"
- Small: 1.75"
Microchip
- You keychain will come to you pre-programmed to the website link you provide. Please make sure the link is accurate and as short as possible (ie www.instagram.com/farmhouse598 instead of https://www.instagram.com/farmhouse598/1234567891011)
QR Code
- The QR Code will be made from the link provided for the microchip.
Disclaimer
- We use two pieces of 1/8" acrylic, double sides 3M tape, and a plastic key tag clip that is glued together with super glue to ensure the best protection. However, keychains if handled roughly, can scratch or break. It is best to use these with minimal other keychains/keys on your keyring.
- During product testing, we found some Samsung/Andriod users have the option to turn their NFC reader on and off. The product will not work if the phone is not a newer phone with a reader installed (ie. a phone without apple pay). Apple readers are beside the camera. Samsung may be located at the top or the middle of the phone.
- During product testing, we found that phones with a thick case (ie wallet cases) may not get their reader close enough to the microchip. If someone scanning has a thick case, you are best to use the QR Code.

- We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! However, our products are custom made just for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges.
